The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of the data entered into the system.

It is the user's responsibility to have contingency plans in place for such eventualities, including regular data exports and alternative methods for managing customer relationships.

The CRM system is licensed, not sold, to you by Webbfabriken. Your use of the system is subject to the terms of this EULA, which grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the system for your internal business purposes only. All data entered into the CRM system remains the property of the user. Webbfabriken does not claim ownership of your data. However, by entering data into the system, you grant Webbfabriken the right to process and store the data as necessary to provide the CRM services.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate, legal, and compliant with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR for users within the European Union. Webbfabriken disclaims any responsibility for the legality or accuracy of the data processed within the system.
Webbfabriken reserves the right to update these Terms and the EULA at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the CRM system after any such updates indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
